What We Do

      Legal Mission International helps community residents in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, and other places in Japan. As a more client-friendly legal office, we provide services such as inheritance procedures and will writing support, which are some of people’s biggest interests and concerns. We mainly help you collect the necessary documents (such as koseki, joseki and genkoseki), prepare an Agreement on Division of Inheritance, write a will and help you understand the complicated legal procedures and the laws behind them. Our office was established in 2011 to implement this mission, with the motto “Working day and night to give you the green light”.

　　It is almost impossible to find a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer who is specialized in inheritance procedures and is also well-acquainted with the English language. In international inheritance procedures, it is impossible to avoid collecting and dealing with documents written in a foreign language. This can be tremendously time-consuming and complicated.
